Hotwire Communications recently held an exciting Fision® launch event at the City Palms community to introduce new Fision® service. On January 5, Hotwire associates invited the residents to ask questions, explain the benefits of Fision® services, schedule appointments all in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Approximately 65 residents attended and mingled with the associates and asked questions.

Keith Brodsky, Property Manager of City Palms, was excited to discuss Fision® with Hotwire associates and ensure that his residents were having an enjoyable time. “The Meet and Greet was a wonderful time as residents explore the amenities and the new services and met Hotwire associates,” said Paul Whillians, Hotwire Account Manager. “Having these events for our customers is crucial to good customer service.”
